Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging Wix Solutions Pro for custom development, Velo engineering, or Wix App services.
1. Introduction & Agreement
By accessing our website or hiring Wix Solutions Pro ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include custom Wix Studio development, Velo JavaScript programming, API integrations, Wix App development, and digital consulting.
2. Service Scope & Proposals
All client deliverables, timeline estimates, and fee structures are outlined in individual project proposals or Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Any modifications to project scope requested by the client after kickoff may require a formal change order and adjusted timeline.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment for custom development services, clients retain ownership of custom frontend code, custom design assets, and unique proprietary business logic. Wix Solutions Pro retains ownership of underlying reusable code frameworks, pre-built Wix Blocks, and proprietary app architecture.
4. Payment Terms & Milestones
Projects are billed on a milestone schedule (e.g. 50% deposit upon signing, 50% upon final delivery/launch approval). Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance. Late payments may result in work suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
Wix Solutions Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API outages (e.g. Wix platform maintenance, OpenAI downtime, payment gateway API changes) outside of our direct code environment.
